I saw the now hiring on Penguin HUT.net, and it made me think...

Maybe this could be the requirements...

*MUST be 13 or up
*MUST have some form of graphic experience
*MUST at least have middle school mathematic education (High school/college education is very warmly welcomed)
*MUST be able to moderate/update/design once a week. If you do not and have no reason, you will be fired.


Moderator form:
(This is for moderators after the original ones picked by mikethecool)

*You have to be over 13
*You have to have no current criminal record
*You have to moderate fairly and secretly
*You have to treat the usuers equally

Graphics designer form:
(After the original ones)

*You have to be over 15
*You have to have 2+ years graphics experience
*You have to have at least high school/upper middle school mathematics education
*You have to give us an example or demo of your work
*You must use Adobe Flash

I don't think we are accepting any more moderators unless they are graphic designers and help out a lot. The age doesn't matter as long as it is 13. So yeah you have to be 13 or older. We don't have anyone who is 18 in the staff here. Also we don't care about a graphic desinger's age as long as they are 13 and can design good.

10 or am I going a bit too low?

I started doing simple Javascript / HTML for a bit, then by 11 I moved onto more standard languages like QBasic. (Although that was really old).

There are many forms of Basic. QBasic, Visual Basic, etc. There are even newer training language versions such as Liberty Basic.
